Steps to Membership
Attend a H4W meeting
First Meeting
Check in with our Membership Director at the front entrance and sign in as a guest. Fill out a guest form and turn in the information prior to beginning of meeting.
Sponsor - If you do not have a sponsor who is a club member, you will be assigned one at this meeting.
Vehicle inspection - arrange to have your vehicle inspected by our safety officer to make sure the required equipment is on board
Run Participation Requirement
After attending your first meeting and completing vehicle inspection you will be required to participate in at least one 4x4 run prior to your second meeting to become eligible for membership.
You will be able to select a run that meets your driving ability and vehicle capability (equipment needed for that particular run's level of difficulty).
Second Meeting
All new members will pay a $45.00 initiation fee plus membership dues. The initial membership dues will be $55.00 for those joining during the months of January thru April. The initial membership dues will be $30.00 for those joining during the months of September thru December. Thereafter membership dues will be fifty-five ($55.00) each year.
Turn in completed application forms provided to you by membership chairperson.
You will be presented to the club for membership and voted on.
