               Go to Parker and turn left onto Calif Ave, turn left on Shea Rd, go over CAP canal-

               air down at kiosk on left

Travel thru wash to scenic short slot canyon – go down Mineral Wash past MHM mine to where closed off area, great spot for lunch – climb up hill with some shelf roads and a little trail erosion – stop at mine that still has some tracks present – another canyon requires a short walk to overlook the canyon where all the mining was done – stop at the remains of the Planet City Post Office – exit onto Shea Rd.  At end of run will stop at El Sarape for Mexican food…all invited
