Moderate run on Redline trail coming out in standard wash. Bring water and some lunch, but we should be done before lunch so we will probable eat on the go. There are go arounds on any harder stuff. JKU are welcome.

Don’t forget Bob has a run this week as well. Keeping the runs fairly short so we beat the heat.
