It has been determined that the road (SR190) from Death Valley to Panamint Valley is still closed from a flood they received a few months back. The closure makes it very long drive to move from Panamint Springs Resort to the Longstreet Casino for the Death Valley Gathering starting 11.13.2022 so we have decided to cancel the PVD event.

I have sent out separate emails to the members that had signed up to attend the Panamint Valley Days with information on how to cancel their reservations.

This will not effect the Death Valley portion of the gathering.

Havasu 4 Wheelers Club Event

Members,

Arlene and I are chairing the November club event that will include the Cal4Wheel Panamint Valley Days event based in Panamint Valley and our Death Valley runs that will be based at the Longstreet Inn and Casino. The following will be our initial itinerary:

11.10.22- Thursday- Check in to the Panamint Springs Resort (see additional reservation information)

11.11.22- Friday- Cal4Wheel led runs in Panamint Valley (see additional sign-up information)

11.12.22- Saturday- CaL4wheel led runs in Panamint Valley

11.13.22- Sunday- Relocate to the Longstreet Inn and Casino (see addition reservation information)

11.14.22- Monday- H4W Death Valley led runs

11.15.22- Tuesday- H4W Death Valley led runs

11.16.22- Wednesday- H4W Death Valley led runs also dinner buffet for the club that evening for $25.00 per person (money to be collected by the October 20^th General Meeting.

11.17.22- Depart
